Software and Business Models Driving Disruption and Industry Transformation
Like many industries before it, the Audio Visual (AV) communication and collaboration market is rapidly converging with traditional IT, driving a paradigm shift in customer requirements, the role of the channel, and expectations for technology, business and delivery models. QSC as a mid-size, established and rapidly growing vendor brand in this market has embarked on a long term journey to transform dominant hardware centric product and delivery models to a software and service centric approach, which has challenged the internal organization, disrupted our channel, and created new opportunities to lead, grow and evolve. QSC will share elements of this journey: developing our vision, adapting our strategy, internal and external hurdles including change management, how Gemalto helped, what we learned, and examples of new value created for our customers and partners.
